Rob Gutteridge awarded prize in London exhibition


Rob Gutteridge was accepted into the jurored exhibition “Draw 16”, the Annual Open Exhibition of the Society of Graphic Fine Art (SGFA) at the Menier Gallery, London.

He was subsequently awarded the prize of “Highly Commended for a work in monochrome”.
The independent judge was Robin Light, Director of the prestigious Crane Kalman Gallery, Knightsbridge, London.
Rob has been asked to write an article about his drawing practise for the SGFA online magazine “The Journal” to be published in February 2017.

Sunday Studio: September-October 2016

Announcing new Sunday Studio – 7 consecutive Sundays September 18th 2016 – 30th October 2016 inclusive.

Long pose – male model, the same pose, 6 hours per day for 7 consecutive weeks, 42 hours in total.

Drawing and/or painting demonstrations by Rob Gutteridge, followed by teaching students at the easel.

Students choose whether to paint and/or draw.

Minimum 4 students – maximum 10.

Fee: $840.00. 10% discount for students enrolled in the RGCR teaching program ($756.00).
